- OpenAI: We use OpenAI's GPT-4 API for enhanced transcript post-processing. Please refer to OpenAI's privacy policy for information about their data handling practices.
Data Retention
We implement the following data retention policies:
- Uploaded audio files are stored in EU-based storage buckets for a maximum of 24 hours before being automatically deleted
- Job results are stored on our servers for 24 hours to enable download of results
- After the retention period, audio files and job results are permanently deleted from our systems
